Our Core Values
Our values unite us all; they cover our relation with the company, the society, with each other, with our dues, our workplace and even with ourselves. They express our general positive attitude toward challenges and our passion toward excellence.
We NEVER allow ourselves to fall in the victimhood trap: “holding on to things, stopping execution because there are outside factors that are stopping us !” We do all what we can, not only to do things right, but to do the right things as well. We believe in ourselves and our capabilities and we always find ways to impress our clients about our ability to deliver things on time.
Whenever there is an issue in the work we always put ourselves in the frontline, we look at our plate carefully and we do our best to solve the situation even if it is not related directly to us. As a team, we consider ourselves a single tribe and we support each other’s fully regardless of our departmental structures or who owns the Job.
We are passionate about growth. We dream big and we have a strong belief that “we will do a global impact”. We understand that growth is painful and requires lot of work- especially in the IT industry that is changing every day- but we also understand that calm shores never create a good sailor. When it comes to our team we invest a lot to guarantee each one's growth in all dimensions.
The company is loyal to its staff and the staff is loyal to the company”. This is rule #1 that governs our relations together. To ensure that, we do our best to align company objectives with personal objectives, making loyalty a natural consequence of this alignment.
We share all company news, challenges, lessons learned and even challenges together. We fire our EGO at the company doors. We encourage everyone to say No, to object, to suggest a new initiative or a new way of handling work. One of our culture pillars is “Open door policy” which ensures the direct communication –anytime- between the company management and anyone in the company. This is one of our really most important core values.
