I already have a great team of developers in-house. Sometimes I get more projects above my team capacity, and in other times they are in technologies and frameworks that we don’t work with. I cannot hire more resources at the moment and I cannot bite more than I can chew. It ends by me saying no to true opportunities. Can you help me guys?
Sure, this is our core business! We will act as an extension to your own team whenever you have work above your capacity. You can hire a complete team with different allocation percentages for a limited period, or assign us a complete project. We are experts in balancing the work and roles between both sides (your side and our side).
I have very specific processes in work, not just in the software methodologies, but also in communication tools and project management systems. I even use a very strict policy in tracking and reporting hours. When I deal with other teams, I always feel frustrated when they don’t commit to my working rules. How you handle such situations?
This is a common problem, each company has its own management tools. Generally, we got used to coping with this challenge: we start by understanding how you work, and after small learning curve we adapt ourselves to it. We work with clients who use Basecamp, Teamwork, Zoho, Smartsheets, trello, Jira, clockify, TFS and many others.
I have several Software projects in my pipeline and my company is more into Project Management rather than Technical Development. Unfortunately, my experience in dealing with remote teams were never great. Not speaking about their technical skills but their availability and support at critical time. Guys: are you truly different?
Yes, and this is what our clients usually recognize and appraise in us. Our communication resources are the best members in the company. Top management is always available when needed. Our mix between standard project management applications and instant chat tools that are used in emergencies make us reachable almost immediately.
Well, my needs are simple. I already have my own development team but they are mostly software developers. Sometimes I require help in few roles we miss, like business analysis and testing. I don’t prefer to hire those resources because I am not sure I will be able to utilize them fully. Do you provide services related to this point?
Yes, we will analyze the situation, define missing roles and see how we can fulfill them with our own resources. The idea of outsourcing specific functions makes a lot of sense as it keeps your company focused on what it does best. We require some time to avail required resources, but once ready, they will perform exactly as your own team.
I hate having my projects developed by other companies! Who will guarantee that they will care? What if they got work from other sources and started to de-prioritize my work? If you ask me what I want, I will tell you: setup my own remote development center. I will hire resources and orient them to be part from my team.
