From the start we have fully understood that quick, clear and effective communication is essential for successful IT outsourcing. The communication we are referring to involves far more than simply replying to emails.
We believe effective communications are achieved when our clients are confident and secure in the knowledge that we are always available for them. We know how to handle the differences in time zones and overcome the challenges they might pose.
You can contact us using emails, Skype and the telephone, and – although our normal working day ends at noon EST in the US – there is always someone on hand to deal with any emergencies that may occur outside of our office hours.

Our team of dedicated professionals is our greatest asset. We are proud that our staff turnover rate is one of the lowest in the country and, perhaps, in the IT sector in general.
Most of the people in our team are working on master's degrees or for internationally recognized qualifications in parallel with their Ark Development work. We recognize the importance of this and gladly support them every inch of the way. This builds a mutual bond of trust and respect that engenders great loyalty.

In December 2009 we became CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) certified. This process improvement approach enabled us to define the relations of our various process areas and increase their efficiency through applying a convenient Quality Management System (QMS) in order to define each process in terms of its activities and its inputs and outputs.
We are committed to improving our services every day. Any shortcomings are quickly identified and properly corrected, and we are constantly creating new leaders and project managers.
